Hey mom I made it to the mtc safe and have been busy ever since. There were about 34 other missionaries on the flight with me all going to the mtc and also some new mission presidents, i dont know where they were headed though. We got here and got our name tags straight away! There was a welcome slide show just explaining eveything we were given and then we went to dinner. We had Costco Pizza!! Everyone has been assigned a companion who is going to their same mission and mine is nowhere to be found. I saw him at the airport but there wasnt enough room on the buss for everyone so a few went on another buss and they still havent showed up after at least 2 hours. im sure they will eventually make it here but im kind of worried. There are (oh my companion and the other missionary just got here right after I wrote that last part!) 4 Elders and 2 Hermanas going to NY NY South and we all fly out on August 8th. Im really sorry to hear about grandpa but i know he is in a better place and is no longer suffering. My P Day is on wednesday while i am here but i wont be able to write tomorrow. I love you all and although i dont miss you quite yet ( its only been 11 hours haha) Im sure I will soon.
